I can help you in all these matters, using my considerable experience in researching, downloading, installing, configuring, customizing, and testing software, and teaching people how to use it.

It has formed a significant part of my work as well as much informal experience helping friends with their computers, and experimenting with my own pc. I have built up an expertise in tracking down programmes for all kinds of functions. I am very experienced at configuring software and tweaking the Windows operating system for optimum use.

I also know how to make it very unlikely that modifications to your operating sytem or new software installation will cause any problems with your computer - I give extensive advice on this subject in the section on safe installation of new software. My advice was also published on WinForums.org, unfortunately this forum is now defunct, although I don't think that had anything to do with the quality of my advice!
